Little Gems

While we were waiting for the Gutter man to arrive today I noticed the morning dew on these leaves so decided very early on my blip but have been too busy until now to put it up.

The sun was shinning on the little droplets making them sparkle like precious stones.

The dewdrops reminded me of a chat with the nurse after my baby was born - C section babies were called "Drewdrop babies as they are flawless because they are carefully lifted out the tummy so have no birthing traumas.

The Gutter man arrived to Hoover out the gutters. They were overflowing with sedum that cascaded over the edges - I was impressed with the results - perhaps now spiders won't drop in my hair !

We went to B&Q for plants and garden assessories which all needed attention on our return. I have now finished for the day !
