Parks and recreation

I noticed these three limbering up in a corner of Inverleith Park, so I wandered over and started chatting, as you do. They told me that they dislike gyms, preferring to do their workouts in the open air. They visit the park regularly, bringing their weights and other keep fit paraphernalia with them.

They were remarkably keen when I suggested a photo, and asked if I wanted them to do a 'snatch'. I was a bit nervous about what that might involve, but in the interests of blip, I thought I should be game if they were.

So here are Jim, Martin and Shug doing a synchronised one-arm kettlebell snatch.
