Carnival Fun

We all headed to New Brighton and enjoyed a wander along the Pier. It was buzzing being school holidays with young and old casting their lines and nets hoping for a catch. Some caught large paddle crabs which the Chinese cook in coconut milk. A couple of surfers were also enjoying the waves, but it was the carnival which attracted my niece and nephew - a day of lots of fun.

I know I've hardly been here but thank you for all of your lovely words, stars and hearts for yesterday's little chrysanthemum which hit the spotlight. Life is busy with family being here - I'll be back soon, keep well blippers :)
