A little trip day 2

Day 2 took us to Waimangu Volcanic Valley,

It was pretty amazing seeing the geothermal activity up close.

What you see behind son number 1 is all the steam coming off the boiling lake.

It's not called "Frying Pan Lake" for nothing.

We saw wonderful views and and the sky blue colour of the water in the Inferno Crater was gorgeous.

All the boys walked really well all the way up, although we did enjoy getting the bus back down.
