We're Going to the Oscars

I had such a busy day at work today, so I couldn't wait to finish really. Twenty past five came and I had to rush off to meet J and some of her friends at Oscars in Slateford, we're having a meal before we all break off for the Xmas period.

J had this massive bowl of Mussel and Smoked Bacon Chowder, couldn't believe size of the dish it came in and it was really homemade, excellent silky taste - unusual for a pub style bistro. We had some really good banter and laughs, J really had some laughs, so a very successful night.
