Throw Another Shrimp On The Bar-Bi!

Surprise! They don't actually say that. They don't call them shrimps, they call them prawns.

Today is Anzac Day in Australia, which is a public holiday where they remember the troops that fought in the World Wars. They also celebrate in on the 11th November like back home.

The day was spent with Sam's family as it was his mum's birthday. The afternoon was spent watching the footy and the evening I had my first Aussie BBQ. Well, they grilled meat but it was delicious. I've noticed that nearly every household I've been to has one. Maybe they do enjoy there BBQ, probably because they have better sunny days than England does!
