Cheese
I was working from home today on account of the fact that the weather forecasts and the news bulletins were telling me to stay where I was and not make the trip to Manchester. I was informed by the media that I should only make the journey if it was necessary, so I made sure it wasn't necessary. Other agents, however, were contriving to make sure the journey was necessary, and the result is that now I shall be making the trip tomorrow, and coming all the way back the following day for the Christmas holidays. This is on account of the bad weather being virtually over.
It's now snowing ...
My day was slightly disturbed by the visit of grandchildren who generally kept politely out of my way as I battled through a full-on working day, but they made themselves available for a quick photograph with the new lights.
In our house they are used to it and immediately went through a series of formal poses complete with cheesy grins. There was nothing I could do to get them to do anything natural apart from tear down the hallway out of view. Flick is used to this and knows all the places from which to ambush them. I'm not that mobile
So the result is a cheesy photo with cheesy grins. I have therefore added a dollop of extra processed cheese to get a milestone photo along the road to becoming a stunningly ordinary studio photographer - a goal that will be difficult to achieve, but not impossible.
