Yeah another Friday in Cape Town.

This morning I went out for a 35 min run.....all flat as no hills here. My foot felt it again....stumbled over a few bumps.

Got home, showered and then a gorgeous blond bombshell friend popped around to plan her shoot I have with her next Saturday. Am very excited about this shoot.

Later my folks arrived, they brought lunch with them for us a little later....chicken and salad...yum.
Introduced my mom to coffee with butter and coconut oil, instead of cows milk, she said she liked. I like.

Later my son came home from work and made a braai for us as the weather was so good.

Tomorrow my eldest granddaughter turns 9 years old. The last birthday I spent with her she turned 7!
