Reconstruction...

...of this morning's WOD. Deadlifts galore! We were all lifting so much that we actually ran out of weight plates by the end! New PR's for Jen and I too! Result

Really feel I'm getting the hang of deadlifts after all these months. As long as I remember to always hear coach's voice in my head and keep my back flat or 'angry gorilla back' I am all good!

Other than looking cool (of course!) the long red socks prevent messing up your shins with the bar scrapping along them as you lift

p.s. I'm not a great drawer, for some reason it looks like I have crazy Bond villain style Jaws teeth!
