Group exercise

Mr C has been working on my website today. We were trawling through pictures of 'group exercise' to use and couldn't find any we liked. He's decided to use these little guys and some of their friends instead....

Speaking of exercise - my run this evening incorporated a fair amount of skating. I decided to go "off road" over farmer's fields and through woods. We've had rain today and it was decidedly slippery under foot, especially in racing flats!! I didn't do any racing however - it was a leisurely paced run!!

I handed in my notice today! 21 years of NHS service come to an end on 18th May!! More than a little scary!!!
