The sign of a monster workout!

Last group session at the gym tonight. End of a 10 week challenge to push myself to my limits and loose weight, tone up and feel good in my own skin!
Mission accomplished. At weigh in on Tuesday I had 2 1/2 lb to loose to have lost a stone over all.
I didn't think I could loose it in 2 days before final weigh in but I surprised myself
I DID IT, I DID IT! Happy dance, happy dance!

Final session was spent running up roundway hill carrying a car tyre. We then used to tyre as weights on the way up. Plus squats, tricep curls, raises and push ups.
