Fit like?

I've decided to make use of the gym in the new community centre that is literally a few yards from our house. So a wee shot this afternoon to see how this unfit sixty something body survives a burst of physical activity beyond my usual walking! So far so good, but that might be something to do with the anaesthetic effect of Friday night gin and a glass or two of wine! Ask me tomorrow. Have a good weekend fellow blippers!
