Branching out

Balian basking in the sunshine at the botanic gardens. Nathaniel was at nursery today ("see Ca-rwol, elody bear?") so Bay and I ventured off to meet the NCT refresher mums for lunch. Another day of out of comfort zone activities, as had tricky night of two needy boys and another 4:50am wake up time with Nate (thank goodness Andy is back for tomorrow morning!). Really lovely to catch up with the mums and babies, have all grown so fast!
Nathaniel had a great day too, and bedtime went pretty well (third night so we've got it sussed now). Have to read Baby Brains twice each night, and do the "I want my mummy" line in the same voice as when Andy reads it, which makes him giggle and say "like Daddy". It's a good story, but I'm quite ready to hand over to Andy now (and at least it's not Igglepiggle gets lost which I've read 18times in two days!)
