Ruby is three days away from becoming a teenager. So I guess this may be normal behaviour. She walked to the bus stop with me and Wallis but somewhere along the line, she found us distasteful company to be with. She got on the same bus as us but refused to have anything to do with us all the way to Richmond. Somehow, though, she overcame her pride when it came to wanting me to cough up for the jeans she desired.
