New weights
I've been really enjoying the latest exercise DVDs, but I'm noticing that some of the exercises seem much easier now, so I thought it was time to up the weights. I went for these as the triangular shape should mean they're more stable when using them in plank (also they look cool!).
I tried them out on today's workout and can't believe the difference it makes! Even the 3kg is quite a step up for me (my other weights are 2.5lb) so I'm mostly using those, except for the exercises where Jillian specifies light or heavy weights. It's great to have the variety so I can adapt depending on the exercise and can hopefully progress to heavier weights for the moves as I progress.
