Packing

A day off work and spent organising for our trip to South Africa next week. Finally started packing and making lists. It's going to be a busy week with last minute things to do squeezed into every available minute.
Went for a walk this afternoon. I had planned to run, but left it quite late and the afternoon dampness had started to come down. I'm struggling with my asthma in the evenings and trying hard not to get a chest infection before we leave. So trying to be sensible, even though I was dying to break into a run!
