Archaeological find?

Every day, walking to Holyrood park I have watched these remains unfold. Is.this site of historical significance? So today I spoke to one of the archaeologist who told me this was the remains of a brewery built around 1830s. They thought it had been built on top of something much older but hadn't unearthed any evidence. So very shortly this will all be dug up and a new structure will appear. So this shot will never be seen again.
