So back in London for Easter and these appeared on the table on Easter Sunday. We literally had enough Lindt bunnies to create a small army. Easter Sunday was a fairly quiet one, preparing for a big family meal the following day. My biggest exertion of the day was trying (and failing) to make profiteroles. I've really been watching too much MasterChef. The taste was there but the cream split and there was no way I wanted to go out in the rain again to track down some more double cream, oddly everywhere seemed to be sold out. Plus choux pastry is really quite difficult to deal with, the chefs make it look misleadingly easy..
