Festive Bin

The roads are worse than ever today, compacted snow & ice, but people still seem to drive like cocks. Staggering really.

This was on top of a bin by strangeways prison, I really liked the way someone had taken so much care over it, plus the way it looked evil in a Tim Burton kinda way :)

Cant imagine the coins will last long round there though.
