Anyone for a Yorkshire pud?

I watched James Martin's cookery programme a few weeks ago and jotted down his Yorkshire pud recipe. As-for once-there was only going to be the husband and I over Easter I halved the recipe but still got 12 and I was amazed that they looked just like JM's had done! Fab! (the one to the right of center had been 'tested' before I could take a picture)
No we didn't eat them all in one go I've found they freeze really well too!
