Band of brothers (and sister!)

Robin and I had a lovely few hours on the Steam Railway that runs between Cheltenham and Toddington. I was spoilt for choice for a blip as it was the "Wartime" weekend with lots of people in fancy dress as army personnel and civilians. On the train we were entertained by spivs trying to sell us watches and fancy knickers. A couple of banjo players and singers serenaded us with wartime classics and a policeman arrested a suspected German spy...excellent entertainment.

This blip is of the boys guarding the Sherman Tank. One of them decided to use today to propose to his girlfriend in front of his enactment colleagues. A lovely moment which I thought you might like to share!
