clowning around

today i took 8 of my brownies to a circus skills fun day at abney guide and scout center, it was a county event with 200 brownies and guides there and they had lots of fun, they did circus skills, made juggling balls, did balloon modelling, painted each others faces, made clown hats, went in a photo booth, made poi, decorated cupcakes, went on a trail, and saw a magician, there was also side shows such as hook a duck, knock over the cans, a coconut shy (i won a coconut !) name the teddy, pick a lolly etc. this pic was one of my favourite things and the girls enjoyed having their photos taken with them too and what made the whole day even better was that the sun came out and it stayed dry !! after a day of pouring rain yesterday it was very welcome !
