Bush in Bloom:

The postman delivered a postcard to me today I nearly flung the door oen and told him all about it. It had taken three months to arrive. Posted on the 4th February in Sri Lanka it must have arrived by paddle boat!

I rang my niece to let her know it had arrived because she had previously let me know that none of the cards she had posted had been delivered and of course we thought that's the last we'll hear of them. Perhaps I owe some-one somewhere an apology!

I don't often go out into the garden but it was such a lovely sunny day I took the opportunity to admire the Rhododendron bush which is now fully in bloom.

I don't have a great deal of flowers in my garden but at leasrh there are still the Sidalcea and Alstromeria to come.
