Window on the World.
Most people feel safe behind a plate glass window as they look out on the World. Psychologically, they feel it is as good as a six inch steel plate and nothing can affect them behind it.
In all honesty, they don't appreciate the fact, it is a bit like being in a gold fish bowl and that at any time-they become the observed!
