Ñam ñam

Very few time I cook proper spanish food...don't really have a good reason...I think is more that I like to try new things & I get easily bored of always eating the same...but this afternoon when I got up, I just really feel like having a nice Bocadillo de Tortilla de Patata (with some extra additions)...still not properly cooked in the traditional way, I'm a master on shortcuts when comes to cooking...hehe
So looking foward to eating it tonight!
