Home made Sushi

I decided to make some sushi today, as a starter. I've wanted to do this for some time, as it looks as much art as food. No raw fish, as Anne would not eat it, so smoked salmon & cucumber in half and crab, prawns & avacado in the others. I enjoyed the process of making them, which invovles rolling the ingedients in sushi noir (seaweed) on a bamboo mat. Not that home made as most of this came in a kit.
Next time tempura prawns, as well.
