Luna

When we got the kittens, he wanted to call them Cagney & Lacey. I thought this only resonated with 'people of a certain age' (ie. us). The children, without any hint of irony, wanted to call them Ginger & Toffee.

I approved of Ginger & Toffee. He didn't.

We settled on Luna & Ash. Looking at Luna though, me & the girls now wonder whether we should have called her Smudge. Given that neither of them answer to anything we call them... I don't suppose it matters.
