Notes: Didn't sleep well as I was anticipating the work day. Got downtown for the first race day of the Meek & Mighty triathlon a little after 5. Day already quite warm. Most beautiful sunrise I've seen in awhile. Great to reconnect with former co-workers and be back in the thick of event day. Was quite warm and a long day and have one more to go. Need to get some decent sleep tonight and heading to bed before sunset.
