Had a lovely day today back in my own bed last night best sleep in a week! We then decided to go on a walk as the sun was out and we wanted to make the most of it. It turned into a really nice walk brisk but also calming just enjoying the sun and each other.

I then did a 45 min work out on top if that so my legs are a bit knackered good thing I have the day off tomorrow.

I am now researching yummy recipes to make that are free of foods I can't eat I'm putting myself on a diet just to see if I feel any better and if it makes a difference to my health not to lose weight thankfully I am very happy they way I am :)
