Lonliness of a distance runner

I wasn't going to post this until I saw this chap eight miles further away from this place as I drove home, what was most remarkable was it was taken at ten past six this morning ! not me but him. He must be either very keen or slightly touched.

I've hardly taken a photo in ages today was just a quick trip out before I started the rest of the photo edits for the wedding two weeks ago.

In fact I'm just taking a short rest in between one hour bouts of editing.
