lovely evening...

After a wonderful Impact Day with extraordinarily talented speakers and lots of old friends and new; it was lovely to spend the evening at Pont de la Tour by the Thames with my dear friends Richard and Angela Delderfield. A small thank you from me for the guidance , challenge, support and friendship that I've been lucky to have from Richard for the last 7 years as Vice Chairman while I have been CEO. He will be missed now that he has retired, but I've got plans for him in his new position of honorary president, tee hee!
