Book vs Film

The day was spend holed up in my room watching films. One of which was as you can see by the picture, Jumper.

I've only ever enjoyed the film due to the idea of it, rather than the execution of how it was made. Its a great concept and it works within the book. Now I haven't quite finished it yet but so far, only a fraction of the storyline fits with the film. Now, i know its 'based on the story' but they really didn't do it any justice.
