Cutting Vines

A task long overdue: clipping last year's vines and tie donw one of them for this year's growth.
I use the Guyot method: tie down two (for double Guyot) or one (for single Guyot) vines and renew every year for optimum productivity.

This one is backblipped. A bad night frost on april 15 killed most of the young buds...
