St George's Day Parade ..

... and a blipmeet!

Despite the absolutely dreadful weather I headed up to one of my favourite haunts again this morning, Beamish Museum, this time to meet up with Tryards . We whiled away a couple of hours in The Coffee Shop chatting about anything and everything, including Blip, The North East and sausages from Cockermouth! What a fabulous way to spend a morning when the weather is so miserable.

They decided to go off in search of somewhere indoors whilst I went into the Museum to watch my nephew in The Parade. He marched with his Cub Group, St Cuthberts of Chester-le-Street, well done J (I know you weren't allowed to wave)!
