Really warm and sunny with light winds and blue skies.
Walked about 9 miles working up an appetite for tonight's dinner.
Discovered an ancient village emptied during the clearances - that must have been desperate times for the folk who had worked the land for centuries to be summarily thrown out to make room for sheep.
Saw our golden eagle today so now we've got the set - otter, white tailed eagle and golden eagle.
