Sevenoaks High Street down which several hundred guides, scouts, brownies and Beavers (including one of our granddaughters) marched led by fifes and drums.

The impact of the drums was especially marked. You can see how in the past recruiting parties used the drum to attract young men to the flag. Stirring they certainly are.
