what a day

Not feeling so good l almost cried off today's ride - Over Kellett to Arnside and Silverdale then back to Over Kellett via Carnforth and the micropub The Snug. We had a lovely welcome which rounded off a good ride but made the last hill a bit of a challenge! As we stashed the bikes in the van we met an old acquaintance and caught up on news.
Glad l made the effort to go out - even though l don't feel so good now!
