Feeding the [insert name of bird here]

Hayley, Rick, Rach and I went for a walk in the rain to feed the ducks today and check out Hayley's allotment. When feeding the ducks we saw this Mummy something feding these baby somethings and they looked cute! Anyone know what they are...?
