Bottoms Up!

Having a fab time in Lincolnshire where we were guests of our daughter's future mother-in-law at her end-of-year dinner, as first female president of Grantham Lions. It was a fun event to celebrate the local Lions' 43rd year of charitable fund-raising in the town. I had been hoping to photograph the president with this huge mascot, but the lion had already retired for the night by the time we got there!

On the journey over here we stopped for an hour at my sister's, where I discovered she and I had received identical Mothering Sunday cards from our respective daughters. Cousins with shared taste in cards! I love such coincidences.
