Bootcamp Jelly. Every bit of foot on this camp has been devoured. It is amazing how little we have been eating given how tough the days are and how much exercise we are doing.

Starts at 7am with some form of full on cardio session - beach running, hill sprints , fartlek. Rest of morning is normally some sort of HIT training - lots of circuits and that sort of stuff. Afternoons are longer sessions - walks, hill sessions, body boarding, bike rides. Evenings are abs, bum and stretch classes. We also get a trip to the health club for swim and heat treatments - jacuzzi is our favourite.
