Topsy

Safely delivered and sitting on her pontoon, the Cornish shrimper Topsy looks quite handsome in her new home. We took her out briefly yesterday but the sea state was heavy enough to worry about the turvy and I was glad to be back at the mooring. There's not much of a channel at Bembridge and the sandbar makes the waves stand up some. The boat belongs to a friend who has a houseboat here. I didn't get many images today as the camera battery ran out and I hadn't brought a spare. It's meant I've had to be frugal over the past few days when I've been away. One problem with the X100s is that the low power warning doesn't come on until there's just about no power.
