St Georges Day parade

Alex was in there somewhere...
All the Scout groups from the town assemble in the local park then parade down the High Street and to the cathedral for a service on the Sunday nearest St Georges Day.
It was fine for the start (about 3 O'clock) but was blowy and very rainy by the time they came out an hour or so later.
Fred and I got there just in time to see them assembled outside the cathedral and file in, so I missed the High Street parade bit. We then went for a wander and went home as the weather changed.
Alex arrived back a short while later, a bit bedraggled but perfectly happy...
