Scales and coffee

V came round today and we all had a lovely lunch made by mum - a mediterranean style mix of cheeses, olives, a homemade quiche and fresh asparagus. Then strawberries and cake made by me for afters. But it was Raoul who got the most attention. Having never handled a snake before, V adored him! He loved having a new person to explore and then settled behind where she was sitting, inside her cardigan. While V and mum went for a walk, I soldiered on with my lab report. Finally got it finished and submitted around 9pm! Job done :)
