Lookin after Alex

Hi. My name is Dave. I'm 18 months old and, today, I've been given the job of looking after Alex. Alex ain't been feeling well for quite a while now! Well since Christmas anyway. He's been to and from the hospital more times than I've been to the vets (that's another story!) Well, today he turned up at my house all frozen n blue! (considering it's been REALLY warm
Out there today! I needed a good drink after my little walk) I was really surprised just how cold poor Alex was!!! His hands were really blue and purple AND REALLY COLD!! Poor lad needed a cuddle! I took him into the back room and got Mary (my granny) to put the fire on and feed him fresh bread (which he devoured without giving ME any!!! :-( ) Anyway, after a little while he changed back to that funny colour you humans are and walked home with his dad. I think he's feeling a little better now (well I hope he is) He is at his mum's house now, playing on his Xbox and listening to Slipknot! (I've never understood those angry young men!) Anyway..... Time to say good night :-) I'm glad Alex if feeling a bit better, if I hadn't have taken charge then who knows how the boy would be feelin now!!!!
