Black & Gold: Port Hills Morning

With a thoroughly miserable day forecast for Canterbury (and yes, it has eventuated) I decided early in the day to get the blip done this morning. I was at a bit of a loss as to how I was going to process this image (balck and white, colour, cyanotype?) until I had a iMessage chat with Daring2Go and she mentioned the term 'Black and Gold'....

Well, waddayaknow, it struck a chord, and between us it would seem we've invented a little challenge for the day. I guess it's a sort of mono monday, but just a bit warmer....
