After an exhausting day training with the RS200 Scottish fleet we finally have time to pause. The tide has receding and it is hard to believe that only a few hours earlier 13 boats were doing repeated tacks in unison like synchronised swimmers. Followed by a gruelling session of full spinnaker jibes.....totally exhausting
