Good Morning Mr. Sun

On our last beach day, a few of the students and I decided to get up before the sun to take pictures of its arrival. Those who actually showed up were fewer than those who had great ambitions of watching the sunrise before their alarm went off in the early morning. I don't blame them.

One of the students who did wake up in time to take pictures is a fellow photographer. I think we have extra motivation because we know we will be able to keep those memories in picture form and we want to be able to share the most beautiful memories possible. He put it well when he said to a few of the students who came late, " We wait for the sun, but the sun doesn't wait for us."
