Gardenia

We got home after 9pm last night, exhausting journey of 13 hours, though nice stop for lunch with my sister.

In our absence, Spring has arrived and it's lovely to see so much colour and lushness in the garden, even in the rain. We moved this gardenia last year, a big bush, and hoped it would survive. Judging by the number of flowers on it, it is doing ok. In fact all the shrubs and fir trees we moved are doing well, and once again it's looking like a nice mature garden.

AND we gave rhubarb....
