Back to work day today combined with a visit from the boiler service engineer, an estate agent and a charity I called to collect a lot of unwanted bits of stuff.

The house is looking great. I've never seen it so tidy!! This is the other end of my loft office so, in readiness for property details pic, I'm sharing it.
