3rd and final event of the weekend and a friend brought her pony with her! Pendragon the Exmoor is the most placid laid back pony I have ever seen and is very good with annoying dogs who don't quite know what to make of horses. Kilbo and Mayar spent a long time just being near to him, sniffing and investigating what this beast was. At least Kilbo spent a while investigating - his analytical mind couldn't seem to be able to work out exactly what Pendragon was. It was big, it smelt funny and it had a funny nose. Both of them eventually relaxed around the pony though which was excellent news. We don't often see horses when out with them but do occasionally on beaches so we're glad that they have got over their initial fear and bemusement.
The very good thing about todays event (apart from Pendragon) was the location at a brilliant farm cafe which makes it's own super delicious ice cream!
